  •    Alrighty... last night was a very enjoyable RISK PARTAY at my house. Joe, Kathryn, Casey, Sterling & Adrianne, Mr. Williams, Jacob, and my brother Rob all participated at some point or another. Very fun, 3-way tie in the first game i played, with the upper hand, and i won the second game. !!!! Now though Walke and Mr. Williams are gonna be coming after me in the next game or two that we play.... but i shall counter. Vae victis! and above all "FORTE ET FIDELE NIHIL DIFICILE"!!

This is short notice a bit, but for everyone/anyone who catches this, there will be an ultimate frisbee game tomorrow on Monday December 19, at 3:00pm at the Klein stadium or the practice fields. feel free to come and play! And I will be leaving out of town on Tuesday, so i will wish you all a Merry Christmas (Happy Hannukah(sp?), Happy Kwanzaa, etc if you're of another faith). And, there is a Mormon Stake dance on Dec 31/ New Year's Eve at the kleinwood building. If you arent Mormon and you have questions... lemme know somehow. I get home New Year's Eve day. TCHAU

  •        This seems to becoming a once-a-month thing for me.... but oh well! k, last couple weeks have been good, hanging on in English and Chemistry (major puppy growl). And the whole Thanksgiving break has been awesome. First back on Friday the 18th, my brother Matt wanted to play RISK with me, and it was a good game (I won, etc) . Then later that night I went to one of those Mormon stake dances, and the theme was Napoleon Dynamite, it was really fun even with the considerable theme.

Ok, and thanksgiving.... Everyone in attendence: my parents, Joy, Darrell, Warren, Jared, Cameron, Matt, Natalie, Sam, Mark & Auprielle, John, Laura, Brian, Caitlyn, Rob, Rachel, myself, and Emily. roughly 18 total? And for thanksgiving dinner we had all that plus two couples, each of which had a little munchkin. So 24 at the 2 tables we had... Wednesday there was an ultimate game, really fun. I was sore for two days since it was a lot of running and i haven't gone running in four months, and i also went to the Turkey Bowl (wasnt as fun in my opinion, but it was ok). After Scrooge and Thanksgiving dinner i also played a RISK game with John, Rob, Mark, and Aup.... unfortunately it didnt go so well, i had to nuke Mark all fat in Europe which left me barren, and John who'd been doing jack squat in Africa cashed in his cards and picked up the rest of us. Friday i was helping baby sit my nephews and niece, and then we played volleyball, i played with my nephews, and then ate dinner at Pappa's (seafood place). And now its Saturday, Rob left early in the morning.... banzai! S&H, SBF, life is good. tchau

  • OK, its been a while. Marching is almost over, hallelujah. One more week, and BOA, which will include a RISK party, etc.... vae victis! School is school... yeah. Aside from all that, had some strange dreams nothing much...

But Homecoming was awesome! Durban/Stacia, Chirstian/Karissa, Rees/Desiree, Chad/Kelsi, and Abby and I. It was great, from 11-3 we all played games at my house. Dont be ADD w/ music ya'll. Then the guys met up at the Keeler's prepared dinner, etc, and picked up the girls after 7. Pictures took a while, but I think they'll be worth it. Had a great dinner, w/ cranberry meatballs and fruit appetizers, some fresh baked bread, a salad, and then steak/chicken entree. Dinner took up so much time that there wouldnt be enough time for both the homecoming and the mormon dance, so rees, durban, chirstian, and they're dates went to the mormon dance and chad/kelsi, abby and I went to the Homecoming dance after we got Chad's tickets at his house. Homecoming was the usual corrupted school dance, but it was ok with our lil circle actually dancing, not grinding, etc. And then the dj played a swing song (Sing, sing, sing) and Abby and I swing danced, and there ended up being a circle around us, which wa pretty cool. So after the dance was over, Rees and Desiree picked us up, and we went to the Keeler's again for dessert (apple pie/mint choc brownies + ice cream, etc) and watched Princess Bride. Life is good.
